I've lost a couple more pounds.

I bought a Jillian Michaels DVD, but I could only stomach it twice.

do 1800 cal protein diet with light walk until you reach 30% bodyfat.
from 30% and on you should be able to do pushup and pullups and mma

30%!? 😑

im assuming he is more than 30% since he cant do any pushups. at 30% u can push/sit/pull -ups

I lost 6 pounds when i quit smoking. Hint hint.

i lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. 3 hours of training in MA
Kickboxing/Boxing/Wrestling = 1 hr each + sparring MMA style

then p90x at home (pushup pull ups yoga strech plyometics and abs) 1hr+

so thats 4 hours training everyday.

now doing yoga and every thursday n sunday is my rest from MMA

Oh you tough guys. Fighting is pretty gay.

i just run 8 to 10 miles regularly every other day. i then just watch what i eat mostly soups, fruits and vegetables.

if i wanna lose wait i run daily and cut back on fatty foods.

plus, i just lift weights and do leg raises and push ups when watching t.v.

I ****ing hate doing physical things. But i still do it to stay in shape

i use to love it a lot feeling the pain pushing your self hitting a wall and saying f#$$ and breaking through it.

but now i am older lazier my body has slowed down do to lack of really extensive training.. so now its easier to do minor workouts while watching tv.. i do it just enough to be above your average fit person but not enough to be at the best of my physical limits.

I am far from a tuff guy. an single unblocked jab will cause me an epistaxis. (i stuff my nostrils with tissue before i even spar)

I like to fight because I wanna turn my body into a deadly weapon instead of a couch potato.

then do body hardening training and get medical training to learn how to kill ppl... you dont need MMA or any MA's to be a deadly weapon just the right mindset, knowledge of the body and physical fitness.

I dislike violence.

i should have said " a human deadly weapon" as in competing in amateur mma fighting first.

a deadly weapon isnt measured by the skill of an athlete in a sport with rules and faux fighting.

its done for actual survival a way of life.

its like comparing the bokken to a Katana.

ok. but According to the california weapon laws. (which is stupid) Anyone who trains in MMA or is a registered fighter is considered a deadly weapon.

Thats how I got the idea and gtfo of my couch and join mma

Yeah, I live in a 70 000 people town in Germany, we don't have any professional MMA gyms around.
