USH'S GAME EPISODE IV- 'CHASE'- DARK SIDE AREA

A wave of excitment flows through Rah "Can I look?" He says with slight song in his voice. He takes one of the tablets off Galder. Then with a touch of reverance "This is impressive, I've never seen anything like it."
Handing back the tablet Rah continues "We need to get your radiation poisoning sorted first or you aint gonna live to see this Persis chap!"
After a short pause Rah anounces to the three of them "Just so you know; I always sings in battle, and also sometimes when using the force. It enables me to use my emotions to harness my power!" He then grins and adds "But don't worry I don't always sound awful, but it does depends on the situation though..."

Indeed, you have never seen anything like it, Rah. There IS nothing else like these tablets, anywhere in the Galaxy. Avalar is the only place where the secrets of the Sith were written down. This knowledge could MAKE you Sith...

...but not if the Jedi stopped them. Quite what the plan of these people is now, you are not sure.

Ok, if Galder is stuffed full of pain killers, he will be able to shrug off the effect of the radiation poisoning for a SHORT amount of time (mind you, Rah, Galder seems to be suffering from all sorts of wounds- deep scraped and burns. He wasn;t well in any case!). But the radiaition will kill him unless you get specialist treatment from a well-tooled uo facility. There isn;t anywhere on THIS damn rock you could use.

Closest would be Malastare, but as Rex can tell you, going back there isn't an option. There is only one option you know- you have sophisticated medical facilities on your base at Dordellus (because it so happens some very nasty things can happen to you there, as you will see when you go there!)

Galder MIGHT make it. But the margin of error could be in a matter of hours and Kuylen won't have any patience for treating Galder if he fails again. You will have to deal with Persis QUICKLY. AND steal a ship.

(Don;t ask Galder where his ship is, Rah- he's embarrassed about that. Oh go on, ask him then).

Good idea crawling along the bottom, Dak- the shots burn away the girll above you but none hit. Soon you have climbed to the top, much closer to inhabited parts of the city.

Your instincts guding you, Wraith, you stumble to a working lift, and move upwards. This gets you atop this ruined building, near to Allor and the place you originally fell from. A good dozen gunmen still around here, trying to pick off Allor.

"south side" he says

"Oh, well, I can't open that side," says Saar. "I have hard-wired shut all doors except the North Side. Come there and I will open up for you."

He's lying. Takuan. You are suddenly sure of it.

"right away" he says. he looks at nayler before heading to the north side.
(if they follow, or let me head there: )He walks a bit in front of them, carefull to whatever saar might have planned for untill there. He looks around

I try to locate Ascar, using the Force.

"Well, let's find a way out of here..." Galder says.

"Ok. Do you know how to get out of this place? I assume you've got a ship...." (Sorry Rex, Ush made me do it! 😄 )

Well, are you and Rex all fully happy with things, everything explained ready to get going? Just want to make sure before I move things on for you.

Tricky, Dak. He had such a passive mind, it just blends in with what is around. But... wait, no, he is making his way up the slow way, up that building... you can get ahead of him.

"If he does not open that door at once on the north side," says Nayler, "you will die."

A cold chill comes over you, Takuan. He is going to kill you, for that very reason. Saar has no intention of opening anything.

I move out.

You are ready to meet Ascar at the top of the building.

"Well," comes his voice, but echoing from all around, you cannot see where he is, "let it not be said that Kuylen picks people without admirable capabilities in certain areas. Dak, yes? And what do you plan to do now?"

takuan picks up the pace a little faster than the miramar...setting himself a meter or so in front of nayler, just in case, to plan what to do next.

(ooh...damn....is there no way to actually affect him with the force somehow? ANYhow)

"Getting to him is not a problem; getting to him in time to rescue Latara is. But if he is not going to open those doors you are useless to us."

No way to affect his mind, no.

"My ship? Uh...well...I don't exactly have the best locks on my ship, or the best security system. The Jedi have pretty much scrapped the damned thing. I should probably have Jolanta set up the locks on my next ship.

"how do you know higher forces haven't already been alerted?" says Takuan "how do you know latara is safe if saar is stopped?"

(Stalling...good plan Dexx. Troiken will get there in time if you stall.)

"Well in that case lets find this Persis chap, get the Astrolabe, a ship and get the hell off this dirt ball." Gives Galder a funny look "We best hurry. You need serious help and I dont think its to be had here!" He continues spreading his arms wide. With that Rah turns around and starts walking down the corridor.

(Troiken is the grand master guy that Saar called)

"That's the plan," Galder says, motioning for Chion and the others to follow.
