USH'S GAME EPISODE IV- 'CHASE'- DARK SIDE AREA

Galder activates a glowrod and ignites his blue lightsaber to illuminate the area and be ready for any attacks.

Wraith charges fowards and stabs two guys in the stomach, and then returns to a defensive blocking position. Then he decapitates another one. Then he tries to reflect the bolts back at the firers.

It's actually quite difficult to get from A to B across the various platforms to actually GET to people, Wraith, but you cut two down. Trouble is, your wound is slowing you.

Hmm... nothing right here, Rex. Rah, you are trying to make your way down, but there appears to be no direct route.

"She won't be back in custody on Nar Shadda," says Saar. "She is either free or dead. She would not accept captivity, that is why myself and Edna had to freeze her. My only hope was to keep Nayler focussed on YOU enough for him to not bother fixing his comms."

Galder improvises by trying to cut a hole in the floor, seeing if they could get downwards that way.

Hmm... engineering work, dense pipes, stuff like that.

(Could I keep cutting through the piping?)

"what do you mean fixing his coms..you mean he know she's out there?
And what are you talking about not accepting captivity, what could she do to stop you for keeping her captive. Nobody likes captivity for that matter."

"I mean," said Saar," that she would kill herself first. If she has been freed then, as I say, she is now either still free or dead.

"And no, if Nayler thought she was out there he would set about confirming it first. But he will want to fix his comms on general principles, but he was concentrating on YOU isntead!"

There is a great hammering noise from down below.

"They are at the office door," says Saar.

"THIS IS GETTING US NOWHERE!" Rah shouts in anger and frustration "Galder, my senses say we need to go downwards" Turning round he continues "I'm going to feel for another route, maybe there's a maintenance corridor nearby that we can cut into...."
With that Rah bangs his clenched fists against the wall and leans his head on it. Singing gently he focuses all of his frustration and anger on finding an alternative route.

(Ush when you say dense pipework, how big are we talking? Is there a maintenance crawl gap we could squeeze through if I dont sense anything?)

Yes, a thermal detonator in tis area would most likely vaporise you, Galder.

Well, you know, some of those pipes ARE pretty big, yes...

"I assume the switch" he says pointing to it "will get us safely out of here."

Galder picks one of the larger pipes and looks for any hatches. If there are none, he ignites his red lightsaber and uses both the red and blue sabers to cut into the pipe.

Well, last you saw them, they were back at the ambush point! Ascar SAID they were ok.

Yes, you can enter the maintenance pipes through one of the reclamation machines, Galder and Rah. But... it's not very NICE in there...

Blaster ready Rah enters through the hole cut by Galder and takes a good look round, and head off in the direction his senses lead him.

'Not NICE" as in "We could die in there" or "That's a wonderful smell you've discovered" not NICE?

I suppose I should head back to the ambush area and find traces of them...
