Majority out of those 13 reviews say it's easily the best X-Men movie.
So far, the initial reviews are good but oddly quiet on the spoiler front for this soon to release. I just hope they call Magneto Max for at least the beginning of the movie. Not that it could happen but what if he gets black mailed into working for the CIA or returning to the CIA after being a Nazi hunter by the man in black threatening to reveal him as Max Eisenhardt and therefore risk his facing multiple murder charges in the USSR? that would make a great plot point.

This is why Magneto is so awesome!
I'm actually getting excited for this movie. I was very disappointed when I learned that they were combining Magneto's personal movie project n First Class to make this because I love the idea of Magneto written in a completely staring role and really showing how he's not really a villain at all but a very understandably miss guided hero IMO.
Or as I prefer to put it he's "a pissed off Jew!"
He's always written best when shown as trying to protect his people and gain misplaced revenge for what was done to him n his people before than when he's just made out to be a power crazy villain seeking domination. I really hate when people write him so stupidly like that. To me thats not his character at all.

This is why I'm still hoping beyond hope that this or a future movie will address some of the origin as presented in the comic. For all his preaching, Magneto is himself a criminal who changed his identity to avoid prosecution for a horrific crime against humanity.
I am looking forward to this new X-Men movie and have been all year.
After seeing all the critics raving about it it makes me even more excited.
All the comic book nerds who moan about differences between movies and comics are stupid.
Do you really just want a movie that follows a comic book storyline down to every last detail? What is the point in that!
Characters are constantly changed within comics so why the big fuss that a movie changes a small detail?
Also the movie is set in an alternate universe, it does not follow the same timeline whatsoever
It is also better this way because you don't know what will happen
All the stubborn nerds should just go see the movie and view it with open mind
Only question should ask is "is this a good movie?"

how many alternate universe storylines have there been in X-Men comics?!?!
it is a reboot and as long as the sequels are consistent with this first movie, that all that matters
it will be great story, great performances and cool action i think/hope
