It takes too long for him to suffocate....WAY to much time for him to have killed Potter in.Vader would be much more effective at that. But its all academic now, due to Harry's "not being alive anymore".
yeah vader has time to read several novels, cook some dinner, play the ponies all the while choking harry out

Use your noodle. The wizard is at point A, then at point B. There is no inbetween.Dumbass.
And as long as both points A and B are in the force governed universe (Which they are) they are screwed. Especially as they are trapped on a world where they can be destroyed by remote force power, or bombarded by troops under Vader's command etc.
"Who is the more dumbass, the dumbass or the dumbass that follows it, you dumbass..?" Kenobi Episode IV, act II
Dumbest of all asses.

Quite a statement~Explain how for those who are willing to pretend that the force isn't an all powerful, all controlling energy field, the process of how the magic is done in bankable, quantifiable ways...?
'Cause unless you got something that can stand up to the traceable, scientific analysable power and method that the force seems to have, that dog wont hunt, and you'd be ass-talking.
I think it's a stretch to say that magic > the Force. Vader ominously intones in ANH that the Death Star's destructive capabilities pale in comparison to the Force, which is echoed all throughout the EU. Even in the movies, we see that Palpatine and, to a lesser extent, Anakin, are able to affect the entire galaxy through use of the Force.
But if you mean that magic affords its users a far wider range of abilities than the Force, I'd agree.
