Is anyone interested in Star Wars the Old Republic?

My thoughts exactly.

Pretty much. 🙁

According to Lucius, this is what Revan says to the party:

"The Emperor used me as his link to the light side of the Force--the Jedi Order. Through me, he saw visions."

Not sure if that's referring to the Ravager though.

What did the Ravager have to do with anything?

The Sith Emperors built a new Ravager thats a machine that syphons knowledge from Force ghosts and also drains the force and ****s with your mind I think?

It's a machine that strips a person of all of their knowledge straight from their brain. The Emperor uses it to mine all of the ancient Sith spirits for knowledge and his own Sith Lords to make sure no one was plotting against him.

A lot of good that did him...

*Cough* Scourge *cough*

Weren't Malgus and Baras also balls-deep in treachery as well?

Oh, yeah them too.

1,800 years of total dominance, and shit starts going down for the Emperor all in one convenient timeframe.

Well Scourge has been planing this for three hundred years...

He had no real dominance at any point in his life as far as the galaxy as a whole was concerned.

Which sith spirits? Doesn't look like he got anything from the main ancient sith. Also, who exactly was scourge and what did he do besides betray Revan?

Kill the Exile and become the Emperor's top hitman (Emperor's Wrath)

He was initally Revan's spy but after having a vision that he would fail and that a future JK would succed he betrayed Revan. He later becomes the JK's companion and helps kill the Emperor.

So was this guy always a part of the sith empire? How has he lived for so long?

Always, yes. He is actually a Sith Pureblood and the Emperor kept him alive the same way he did Revan. Which is to say... I have no ****ing clue.

Sounds like filler bullshit without a real backstory. How was he on Revan's side in the beginning?

Not described in the game at least not in the dialogue I've looked at. I'm sure the novel will cover it.

Sith alchemy according to Revan.

I guess bioware didn't think about the concept of not being able to change the future. Meaning, if Scourge foresaw the failure of Revan, then he directly contributed to it by betraying him and making said vision come true.

That's not a problem of Bioware it's the way prophecy and the attempts to stop them from happening usually go. It's a rather common theme that goes back to Oedipus (and probably further). Hell, this happens in the Star Wars movies.

I suppose but could we get one damn visionary who knows not to mess with the future?
