The tend to forget this. Thor and Sentry Void went back and fourth on one another in Thor 608.
If Sentry was really in another class he would have knocked out Thor or right out killed him with one of his punches in Thor 608.
But he didn't....................he couldn't. In the end it was Thor who killed him.
But he wanted to die(excuse.) It was Void's fault that he wanted to die by reverting back to Bob because Void couldn't handle the fight. 😮💨
Spoiler:
Look, Void's penis survived! Quanchi is right. Thor can't really put him down. Void/Quanchi wins!
Haha, Siege #4 was glorious. First thing I did when I came back from Vacation was go to the Comic Shop.
Thor holds back a bit less and kills the Void in a blow, ala Siege #4.
On a more serious note, I don't have that big of a problem with the Hellicarrier scene. Thor blasted him with lightning and had him on his knees after he enraged him, and the Hellicarrier just finished him off (Still can't believe they offed Loki. Of course after his one shot, it's obviously part of something bigger.).
Before that, the only attack that seemed to have any effect was Thor's hammer throw that had him scream in pain. Everything else didn't seem to bother him, not even when Captain America sliced his head off.
It's nice to know that Thor can still take it to Cosmic Beings in some shape or form currently. Even when his in "Punch things and blast lightning" mode.
All that being said, Void wins this in my opinion. But it's clear to me at this point that the gap between the two really isn't that huge to the point Thor can't score some wins.

thor cannot beat void fair and square. that was a poorly written issue...which doesn't surprise me that you would like it.

So I'm guessing you still didn't learn how to properly read and comprehend. WORDS HAVE MEANING!
Scroll down a bit where I admit Void does win but the Thor can scrape out some wins.
The closest we've seen to the Sentry persona was smacked away by Thor as if he was some annoying child. Later on, a less than %100 Thor was going toe to toe with a Sentry that was completely possessed by the Void. Then we have this issue on top of everything else. Clearly Thor can score some wins. Especially if he pulls out the super mystical shit he has at his disposal.
Bendis is the one that gave Void all of his recent impressive showings by the way. That issue was not any worse than any of the other crap that Bendis puts out. Bendis just isn't a very good writer but I will admit Siege has been surprisingly good compared to crap like Secret Invasion.
And lol at you calling me a fanboy. I have no delusions about Thor's level of power. I don't make shit up out of thin air.
Not even Quanchi is a true fanboy in my opinion. He just chooses to twist and ignore information.

Well I don't think it's far fetched at all. You should read a series titled "Siege" that was recently published by Marvel. It showed the gap between Thor and the Cosmic like entity Void really isn't that big as we thought. I mean, it's not as if he killed him with a blow or had him on the ropes after he was enraged or anything. Oh wait. 😐
I did argue that Hulk wouldn't beat Thor because guess what? He never had in continuity. The closest that came to happening was the Hulk one shot and that was a memory that even Banner thought was false, since it was ludicrous based on their passed battles. Besides, in their most recent encounter Thor had Hulk on his knees defeated, and nearly killed him according to Balder. And if I want to get technical, the Hulk can't beat Thor. Not if he decides to use his power set.
Thor's has about 3 wins over the Hulk in regards to a single win of the Hulk even if you are willing to count the Hulk one shot battle.

.. but dont you have any problems with that?😬 Void getting turned back into Bob by a small nuke after he's easilly resisted the core of the sun and Void being killed by a slam from Thor when getting disintegrated by Morgan Le Fay and taken apart atom by atom by MM (regardless of his powerlevel at the time) didnt permanently kill him?
The only explanation I see - Void chose to stay dead. Well that or PIS, But neither can be used in Thor's favor.
