Captain America was stated in v4 that he has the strength of 10 men, and I'm almost positive that isn't the only time. He's also bench pressed 1100lbs with ease, and supported the weight of a collapsed building. Cap has also grabbed the bumper of a two ton speeding car with one arm and a street light with the other and stopped the car dead in its tracks. The freaking street light was nearly folded in half by the force. What's Slade's best strength feat again? Lifting a gorilla? Seriously, get that weak ass shit out of here, even Elektra has better strength feats than Slade.
Instantaneous isn't a unit of measurement, its as ambiguous as the dozens and dozens of instances of streets being stated as having "lightening reflexes." Am not even entirely sure Captain America hasn't been stated as having "instantaneous reflexes" himself. rolleyes:

He is inferior to Elektra in virtually every way. She's faster, she's stronger, she's significantly more skilled and that isn't even accounting for her quasi-mystical ninja abilities.
Nightwing is faster than Slade, with the exception of Slade jumping through fan blades Dick has much more impressive speed feats. It's not even a matter of debate. Dick has flat out speed blitzed him before... do the math.

The reality of the situation is that Slade rarely fights more than two or three of then and he almost always ends up running away. His best showing against the Titans was Jericho in his body and the only time he got a definitive win was against the losers team in v2.
