Daegon was all right I guess. He only became what he did though because of the lies and manipulation fed to him by Shinnok, which caused him to kill his and Taven's parents, but it was an interesting twist admittedly in how they revealed that he was the one who founded the Red Dragon organization and not Mavado.

I can't believe I forgot about Mavado.

Gimme a top five character list of guys from the mk verse not in this one you'd like to see in the next one.

Dragon King, Fujin, Shujinko, Shinnok(yeah I know but he's still an elder god), and Daegon.

Ones I'd like to see again in the new timeline that weren't in MK9 aside from cameos eh? Hsu Hao, Meat, Drahmin, Mokap, and Darrius. The most original, likable characters ever.

Nah, I kid. In all seriousness though, the ones I'd like to see most again are probably Onaga, Li Mei, Sareena (actually my favorite MK chick, which they never show enough of), Shujinko, and Taven.

I liked Jarek (was kinda cooler than Kano in MK4), Mavado (for giving off a Jet Li sort of vibe), and Reiko too, but didn't have enough room to include them for a top 5.

Oh, and although I didn't like him much as a character, Moloch was actually kinda fun to fight as a boss or sub-boss in Deadly Alliance. If they decide to include him in the next game, I just hope he doesn't get the short end of the stick as a boss like Motaro did in MK9 (hell, he got the short end of the stick as a playable in Armageddon, with having only two legs instead of his usual four, but I digress). That was pretty much the only thing I would've changed about MK9's story mode though, in being able to fight the centaur at least once (preferably as Johnny Cage since they were fighting before Raiden attacked and killed him), and/or randomly encountering him in the arcade ladder just before Shao Kahn like how Goro and Kintaro randomize from one another.

Well moving on though, Rain's official render for this game, and his gameplay trailer will be shown this coming Monday.

That really bothered me in MK9. Like I said before, I missed both Rain and Motaro in the game, At least Rain is getting his due, but Motaro will forever be a sad joke. They didn't even have to make it a playable character, just a boss. 😐

Holy crap that's awesome. I got 480 MS points left and now I don't know whether to get Kenshi or this guy.

Just wait 'till you get over 1200 points so you can get the season pass which will allow you get all the DLC characters (in addition to the first costume pak that would normally cost 400) for free. 😐 That's what I've been doing; haven't had to pay a cent for Skarlet, Kenshi, and the like when I got that.

From what I read on Xbox Live, that season pass would only let you pay for four characters for the price of three. It didn't say everything was going to be free.

Close enough to what I said. I got Skarlet and Kenshi for free, and will have Rain for free as well presumably, so it's still better than paying 400 points/five bucks for every single DLC thing that comes out. 😬 Not to mention with the pass, you wouldn't have to decide between buying Kenshi and Rain and could just have 'em both, in addition to the first classic costume skin pack. 🙂 Honestly, you'll just be ripping yourself off if you don't get the season pass. 👇

Oh, and even if you don't get any of the DLC stuff, at least have the patience for the free compatibility pass to download so I can use my DLC characters against you the next time we ever play. I so wanted to try using Skarlet against you when we first played but couldn't. 😠
