Thank the governor. I had hoped she was just some high ranking subordinate of his. I definitely have high hopes.
I also have high hopes for Negan, but if anyone can do the character justice, it's JDM. That said, I'm thinking we'll only see a few seconds/minutes-worth of Negan in the season finale. He'll walk into a room where the group members are all restrained, monologue a bit(which should be epic by itself), and the finale will culminate when he gives *someone* in the group(chosen by him at random)
