No, not really, I was also just jabbing the decathlon. But since you didn't say "soccer", I will agree with you.
I don't say ''soccer'' because I live in that other 95% of the world, so, yeah.
First of all, if anyone thinks that Rugby players couldn't make it in NFL-like football, you're tard.
There are some really big, strong, and fast Rugy players out there that could easily switch to NFL.
Sure, there's probably some harder hitters in the NFL than any Rugby team...but there's plenty of Rugby players that could hit just about as hard as everyone else in the NFL.
Sure, there are probably loads of Running backs or Wide Receivers in the NFL that have a faster 40 time...but loads of Rugby players run below of a 5 second 40, easily.
Sure, almost every lineman in the NFL is stronger than a Rugby player, but there's probably loads that are stronger than most NFL players.
Rugby is bomb. Rugby is the manly version of gridiron football.
Futbol still sucks, though. It's lame. Boring to watch. Hell, all of them are boring to watch. I like playing all three, though...but not so much futbol.
Football is only boring to watch to those who don't understand it. Again, not saying football is better than American football or rugby.
I mean, I'm not saying I know a lot about AF, but I gather most people watch it for the excitement of seeing big guys tackle each other and running really fast with a ball in their hand so they can make a touchdown. Football requires much more finesse and strategical and creative thinking (on the players part) and to the beholder with an eye for the sport, midfield play that probably will be considered boring by most people that usually never watch football can be exciting.

I played futbol and gridiron football for 4 years, each. I find futbol to be kind of boring to play, unless it's a really small field.

I agree, fully. Sometimes, NFL can get quite boring. In fact, I have a hard time watching a full game...I get bored.

I dislike playing small-fields because I'm not a great dribbler and I'm not that good on the ball in small area's. My pass, shot and insight are probably my biggest weapons so I need to play a big field or I'm worthless.
You are worthless regardless.
It's probably the world cup getting me all excited, but I am thinking of playing football again, we do have a bunch of shitty clubs around, I am sure they could need another shitty goalie.

You should, it can help you lose weight and what not.

For your information I have played amateur football on a pretty high level. I actually got payed for it. Was only € 45,- per match, but still. You should, it can help you lose weight and what not.
Oh, I'm sorry, I was referring to your non-football qualities. 😛
Do you think Holland can beat Brazil?

Like all sports, depends on the tempo of the game.Titans versus Rams, super bowl XXXIV, epic.
Indeed.
I've watched plenty of games, all the way through. There's probably one game a season that is good enough to watch the whole thing: I have to like one of the teams and it has to be a good matchup.

That's cool. You're probably much better than I am. I was a very "naughty" player: I was a bit too rough.
My favorite was slide tackling other players...yeah, I would make it look as legit as possible. But I got lots of yellow cards. 😐
