Its too coincidental that the powers he developed are like Twili, his kinds, magic. It'd be easier to use Ganon's feats in TP or OoT (both the same Ganon) and not powers Zant uses that he's never displayed.
Regardless, Ganondorf wins. This thread is pretty spitey. 😬
Well, assuming your power source and not powers theory is correct. Ganondorf is still capable of performing that which Zant has done. It is that he merely has not thought of it, but Zant has because he has seen them performed with the magics of the Twili ruler.
So Ganon would be able but he has not thought of them.
Actually that power source theory would be like.. For example the presence of Ganon's power unlocked/happened to give Zant, being a Twili guy so is a part of him, powers over Twilight. Ganon hasn't displayed that technique being something too familiar to be coincidental to Twili magic.
Or something like that am too distracted to think straight >_>

Teleport, sure. TK, maybe. (Cant remember him doing it in TP or OoT.) Twilight field, never shown. There's a thread going on here? .__. Figured it was a place to talk about Zants feats. Fascinating.
Lil' puzzled to what you said, Moo.

Also, "Twilight magic" has a distint display, it manifests as black pixels, something Ganondorf could even revert to in TP, so yeah.

Can't unlock what isn't there, Rain. And the source we are talking of is the Triforce of Power. If it gives powers appropriate to the dimension in which the wielder dwells in naturally, why couldn't Ganon just merge the Light world with the Twilight world?
To end up, a showing from him would be nice.
Now to skim the walls of text to find out who's winning..

1. FMV contradicts, and we dont see how they were affected do we. We actually see these men, for all we know the soldiers and Gorons were showing me took a very long time, standing in twilight for it to effect them ,or they were nto aware.
Cutscene does not contradict, as it was a different move and you're latching onto anything you can get. Cutscene does, in fact, show people being transformed by twilight, and once again Link and several others know what is happening.
2. Countered in the other thread, probably this one as well.
And then refuted. You have a choice to make. Permanent or fast, which do you choose?
It doesn't matter, as evidence says it's both.
1. There you go again, "has to", where are you getting that from? the Sarafan lord had no reason to attack Kain therefore he had no weapon out, not even the reaver which he seems to be able to instantly call to his hand out of thin air. Far faster than Ganon.
He also had no reason to stand with his arms to his in a crucifixion-like gesture, unless that is part of the teleport, which it obviously is. Ganondorf kills him before it ends, since slow teleportation seems to be a LoK theme.
1. Right back into excistence without its protection.
Permanent or fast, BT. Both!
2. Show me Zant calling it? I dont recall him doing anything but standing there as the twilight returned since it was already across the world at that point. Already in the world after 6-16 second cast and effect.
Zant was offscreen at the time. He did have his hand raised, but I think that was more for the Light Spirit. Though has already demonstrated the ability to cast without gestures in the same scene.
1:38, specifically, for no movement casting.
1. No but her home is normal to her, her home is in perpetual twilight therefore she sees no reason why no other are should be. Cearly. Still fallible.
No longer care. You're now arguing with yourself over the permanent twilight issue, which is significantly more amusing.
2. Neither of us can assume whther it would have stayed or that Zant/Ganons power would have had a limit to how long they could keep the two dimentions merged.
But you so obviously have assumed that it does stay, what with latching onto the "it came back!" desperation move.
3. It takes 16 for Zant to bring twilight into the world....let alone Ganon whos not even done it before. Not to mension the twilight realm is not in this verses. A few seconds is all the hylden lord will need 😉
Less than one, assuming twilight is both fast and permanent, which it is by evidence. Zant recieves magic from Ganon, who feeds on Twili. Wierd circle, but effective.
1. I answered this in the other thread as well, thats not the soul reaver ,thats the blood reaver.
And Raziel stabbed Moebius with it, and took the same amount of time.
2:31-2:60, over 30 seconds and it didn't even take his soul.
2. Depends what "form" he takes, if he can takes the Boar ive not seen it do anything but run around, if he takes the OoT one all ive seen it do is create some fields to keep Link in and swing swords , all of them seem to take time and are larger or more cumbersome than his Ganondorf form.
Beast Ganon teleports, creates portals, makes barriers, and is strong enough to run through stone pillars without slowig down. OoT is not in this fight.
3. Cant find the vid 🙁 , but the point remains, normal men can stand immune therefore its slow ass effect is no worry to the Lord.
But it's obvious Hylians have innate resistence, too bad the Hylden Lord doesn't.
2. Prove Zant called it there and it did not just come back because he called it across the world earlier. Technically twilight is already merged, it takes the spirits to push the twilight back but Zant beat it, so....the twilight came back. Your claim now is that Zant summoned a seperate area of twilight again?
Yes, essentially. You're still flip-flopping about whether twilight is a merging of dimensions or a substance, while I have always been saying it's a substance to be called down on things. Either way, once the Light Spirit unmerges or lifts the twilight, it's gone. Zant called it back down, or merged it again, whichever.
1. I never said I did not understand that the TK he was using to overpower Midna was Ganons power....I never argued that did I?
No. What you argued was the twilight field being available to Ganon, which it is. That or something about toasters.
Ok so, he gained some powers from the twili, so your admitting the twili have powers of their own then? powers Ganon may not have gained. You cant assume he can do what Zant can do just because hes fed on some twili.
Ganondorf displays multiple powers that resemble twilight, such as his barriers and his ability to turn himself into twilight particles. Zant explicitly has no powers until Ganon gives him some, and both of them display twilight related powers.
3. Zant gets extra amp or Ganons entire power from Ganon, threfore Zant can use some powers Ganondorf can use AND those altered/powered up by the amp he previously may have had as a twili. Either way hes shown powers Ganondorf has not.
What? That didn't make a whole lot of sense. Zant recieves magic from Ganon. Magic that Ganon has been feeding on to amp himself. Zant was denied magic power by the Twili before this. Yeah, it's Twilight, but Ganon's been eating it and learning from it for years.
2. Good point again, why? because having power over something e.g. having power over the fused shadow itself, would grant him some control of how it affects him. My claims previously have been having a specific power, e.g. mind powers does not make you immune or necesserily resistant to them.
Ganondorf doesn't show the ability to control the Fused Shadows, as he never uses them. On one occasion Midna used them against him and was able to remove him from Zelda's body, showing that he isn't immune to them. Even if he has some twilight powers, that's no gaurantee against the Fused Shadows, which he does show resistence to.
3. Remained himself? the guy ended up as a bodiless twilightlike head floating around reqtuiring to power up Zant to act as an avatar in Hyrule....hardly his typical self
Oh, yes, but he is able to switch between the forms at will. It seems he leached a new ability from it, once he overcame it.
Why should I? you did something foolish and I outlined it then you tried to make a point about it. If you want to drop it then just dont reply to this reply 😉
When did I do something foolish? I was simply pointing out your mistake; there was no need to get so defensive about it.
1. Because ive seen the vid of where Zant takes ages to call down his first twilight across the world, him beating a spirit so the twilight can return to an area the spirit protected does not mean hes suddenly become faster at calling twilight.
Oh, but it does. He's doing it faster than before, probably amping further from Ganondorf. Either that or it's faster for a smaller region, though the huge one didn't take long, either.
2. Lasts longer, takes 16 seconds to cast as proven by vid evidence in the other thread.
You don't even know when he cast it; it could've been anytime after defeating Zelda. Anytime after Hyrule Castle was set on fire. Against Lanayru was the first time it was called down when the one doing it was there, and it was fast.
3. Whats the "magical darkness"? according to Nemebro their just merging twilight with Hyrule, thats the only magic is the ability to merge. Other than that, the stuff itself has not afaik been considered magcial, only what theyve done with it.
Does any magical darkness exist in LoK? Darkness that blocks sunlight or other light without any kind of obstruction? Regardless, LoK light certainly hasn't displayed the ability to unmerge dimensions, if that is what's happening.
What with? his lightning speed reactions and his godlike castle busting durability!!! zomg! lol...Nah, faster teleport, hylden lord beasts Ganons soul with the reaver. [/B]
With his superior magical abilities and strength, obviously, as well as the Sage's Sword. Or Beast form and crush him.
