BlackBolt, I'm not just talking about planetary power, I'm referring to everything Frieza is capable of. Like I said before, Thanos has NEVER fought anyone like frieza that combine speed, fighting ability, super strength, and blast into one combo.
Frieza is the perfect villian and I think he would over whelm Thanos.

I just want to throw out some ideas on DBZ, and then I'm gone because most of my thread ideas get ignored anyway. Well, except for MewTwo vs Magneto or Red Tornado in this thread.
Power levels don't mean anything but the amount of Ki a person has. Vegeta having a power level of 15,000, or 15 Raditz does not mean he is 15 times better in every way. It means he has 15 times the Ki.
Different blasts do different things based on technique. For example, Yamcha's spirit ball does not explode, it is manipulated to score hits on the opponent. While Frieza's 1% blast used to destroy Namek does not necessarily have the power to destroy a planet when it simply hits the planet. It is shot into the core which creates violent tremors and volcanic eruptions which will eventually tear the planet apart. Vegeta theoretically did the same thing in the Saiyan Saga. If this is not true, multiple other events would have destroyed Earth.
Strength and Speed are hard to gauge based on using the same animations. I wouldn't put any of them over Light Speed though, at least not unless they use Instant Transmission. I don't remember seeing many lifting feats in DBZ, and I think punching each other when they aren't bracing themselves against them would send their lighter bodies a lot farther/faster than they do go.

Has Thanos ever tanked a punch from Surfer but foreal though, I give up with this Thanos debate because honestly, out of frieza and Thanos, I dont care who can beat who because I like both of the characters and in my eyes, both of them are uber.

Good post but I would like to make some corrections. During the time Vegeta was on planet Namek and he fought at least 6 Namkians with the same power level as raditz they were still to slow and wasnt strong enough to cause any damage towards vegeta. Power level play a huge role when it comes to durability/speed/etc... The more powerful you, the more your stats go up. Example, Nappa was at the power level of 5000 but he couldnt lay a finger on goku who possessed a power level of 9000.
I agree with you about the blast though, each of them have different purposes.

They are dodgealbe because the person that the blast is being shot at is fast as hell.

I'm glad you agree, because it means that most explosions are hard to gauge in terms of damage.
As for the power levels, training to increase your lifting strength and speed gains you more Ki energy. There is a correlation, but this correlation is impossible to gauge. Having 15 times the power level could only equate to being 1 ton stronger than your opponent or one second faster. A rather negligible difference in terms of battles between characters who can bench press things in the 200 ton range or could drop and do 20 before they have to move to dodge a bullet.

I'll make some suggestions!
Bowser versus Juggernaut. No dodging is allowed. They have to take turns hitting eachother with whichever attacks they choose. This round could be timed if you guys wish.
Reasoning: Juggernaut and Bowser possess amazing durability. Bowser has taken a Supernova and a Black Hole and woke up with as far as we know no more than a headache. Juggernaut's I know is insane too. But I don't really know how insane it is. So if this is uneven someone should suggested a better brick.
