I highly doubt there are anywhere near as 7 times more durable than their 616 counterparts. Did you see how current Drax ripped apart the Namor counterpart? He isn't doing anything even resembling that to a weakened 616 Namor from what I've seen.

The closest I've seen to power comparison between the 616 and Cancerverse counterparts, is the statement that the alternate Quasar is basically as powerful as the real Quasar.

Of course the counterparts are not the real deal so it's no surprise they were decimated. Especially since they had the undead thing going on. Of course if they were intended to be that tough, it's certainly an impressive feat for the Guardians and Thanos.
