Besides, I don't really like Azula. I'm indifferent to whether she gets with anyone. And...she is set to appear in The Promise Part 3.

Except Zuko's story is actually dealing with a real issue. Zuko is clearly thinking about the situation and it's clearly having negative effects on him. It helps that Zuko is easily the most developed of the main cast as far as character depth goes.
