Not really. A bullet to the head will kill Blade just as easily as it will kill a mortal. Blade is tough as hell, heals faster than a mortal, but a killing blow is a killing blow. There is nothing in his movies that imply that he cannot be killed by a bullet.

I literally watched all three Blade movies. I wrote down every feat he did in all three movies that are worth mentioning. With the time code so you can see EXACTLY when it happened. Blade did not just randomly spray bullets like you seem to so think. He did miss a couple times throughout the films though. But he was more than accurate for the most part with guns. There's nothing Hit Girl does to even suggest she stands a chance against the feats of Blade. And this is just in the movies. Lucky for you we're not talking comics.

He then proceeds to fight the two to a standoff until the guy tells Blade they are there for “peace”
*NOTE* 00:34:43 – Scud tells Blade about the hand to hand cartridges called EDTA. One punch from one of them and Hit Girl would literally explode. Just sayin. Unless she’s magically Jared Nomack now.

00:52:31 – Fight resumes with Blade and Nomack they fight in hand to hand to a standstill.

00:53:11 – While they were talking about weaponry the modified rocket launcher / shotgun can shoot heat seeking mini rounds. Unless Hit Girl is of course Mr Freeze I don’t see her avoiding that. Oh and then there’s the UV Arc which is half as hot as the sun. So it’s kind of like a lightsaber, just not nearly as cool.

Hit Girl is outclassed in every aspect of feats there is possible. Simple as that.

I have acknowledged that Blade is stronger and would pwn her h2h, and probably with swords.
And some of the weaponry you listed (the bow and the big ass shotgun), those were gear of Whistler and Hannibal, not Blade.
