Considering he withstood a UV bomb going off right by him, not phasing him in the slightest then proceeding to chop vampires up as the jumped out the water. I'd say the strobe light is indeed ineffective against him.

Yeah, it really is. The strobe light blinded those guys in Kick Ass, there's literally nothing in the Blade movies that imply that Blades vision would be unaffected by it. If Blade can "see in the dark", then his eyes are obviously more sensitive to sunlight. Do the math.

One flash from UV bombs is shit compared to the FLASH-FLASH-FLASH-FLASH-FLASH if a strobe light. There's a reason it flashes over and over, dude, it's to keep an opponents eyes from adjusting.
