Bong. Boom.
Considering they're made to nullify the Sun, yes. Try this:
-Stare into a strobe-light in a dark room.
-Stare right into the Sun at mid-day.
Tell me which burns out your ****ing retina and blinds you, strobe-light or the Sun. You're as delusional as I've known, epically.
Anyhow, as I said in point two, see goes for the light, Blade goes for his trigger; bullets > light. This is besides the point that she wouldn't be stupid enough to use the strobe-light in a well lite room.

Missing the point. She kills the lights and activates the strobe.
It doesn't have to blind him, dude, if the strobe is flashing he can't see her, it hinders his vision. Unless you are implying that blade can see THROUGH the flashing strobe and see her haermm
She doesn't even have to mount it, she can put it on a cabinet or something. Nothing you can say will prove that Blade can look into the flashing strobe light and see her. Nothing.
Sunglasses that can protect from the sun, will diminish a little flashy light. Just and FYI, every time you post something stupid followed by a stupid laughing/mocking smilie, it makes you look like a bigger idiot.
Ah, so you're scripting that she's just going to "kill the lights" and she's also going to have time to strategically place that little light somewhere that the fight will take place in a huge ****ing building and Blade will walk right into it like a moron, because he'd have to be in your script.
Let me guess, she's also going to have time to put on/take off her night vision and Blade's just going to sit around and wait for all this to happen like a an imbecile.
Scripting a win, it's inevitable from you when you've got nothing. LoLifail.
Not impossible. Less likely? Yeah, but not impossible.
And here, FF to 1:30:
I find it hard to believe that Blades sunglasses will nullify the effects of the strobe light. Like I said, it doesn't have to "blind" Blade, just make it harder to see HG. And see how she took them out with two well placed head shots? Yeah, she's a better shot.
Just thought of something, considering Blade has night-vision, it would be like trying to use that light on someone during the daytime or a room with the lights on, it'd be a mind annoyance. Then of course, we add the sunglasses on top of that.
But still, the lights in the building they're fighting in ARE ON, so it's a moot point and you're just pushing a failed point on and on instead of just seeing that a little girl with some great skills isn't a match for a super-powered vampire hunter.
You are still hung up on Blades NV. His NV is not in question, his NV actually make his eyes more sensitive to light. If anything, his NV makes him more vulnerable to the strobe light. And no, a pair of sunglasses will not nullify the strobe light, dude. Maybe lessen the effect, but not nullify it.
Not really a failed point. She entered an unfamiliar building when saving BD and killed the lights, remember? Considering she knows the layout of D'Amico's building, it would be that much easier. Ever hear of a breaker box?
Sunglasses protect from the sun; you can stare directly at the sun (unless you've got a shitty $2.00 pair) without a problem; with them off you turn away after a second or two. So they would greatly diminishing a flashing little light, if not outright nullify it.
Yeah, buildings that size have more than one power-box. If you need to cut power to every room of the building, you'd likely have to go underground to the master power-box and it'd be under lock. If the power where off, it'd be to Blade's advantage, his night-vison is better than her goggles.
Either way, she never cut the power to that building and this is where the fight takes place, buiding that is lite, stop scripting.
Let me get this straight....By using her movie feats, I am scripting? K. Right back atcha, babe.
She knows the layout of the place, surely she'll know which breaker box turns off the lights where she's at 🙄 You silly bastard.
Tell ya what, I'll make it simple. HG dodges Blade's bullets and puts two in his computer.
Better? After all, she's a better shot than he is, and she dodges bullets.

When did she use those?
Your creepy fanboyism has turned a 60-65lbs girl into a walking tank, she's not a ****ing Robotech Mecha, dude.
She's going to have a hard time moving, let alone staying super quiet, while killing the lights and setting up her strobe-light with all that gear, just hoping Blade walks towards/into the light like a moron.
