This is nonesense, people are claiming Rock Lee has lots of skills and enhanced stats, yet they haven't provided anything but stats and physical prowess. Lee is fast, sure, but KK has faced faster, has he ever shown pressure points or tactical abilities to back this "skill" tag they are using on him? And don't say "he's a ninja" everybody in Naruto is one and several characters suck at fighting.
There is no indication of Rock Lee being a Master of Martial Arts.
Especially not to the point of being better then KK

I dont even think Gai even said that btw... I believe Gai said more of the lines of "Rock Lee has the potential of being one of the best fighters in the world"

Gai himself said it in the anime, that Lee is not a fighting genius. Gai said that Rock Lee is a 'hard working' genius.
I'm not "downing" the character. I love Rock Lee, and I think I like him even more then you since you can't accept the truth that Rock Lee is not very strong in his whole universe. More then Half the characters in that series is stronger then him because he has such a handicap.

He fails at everything else but training and fighting: he's socially awkward, somewhat slow mentally, and he has no skills with Ninjutsu whatsoever. Again, this "in-universe" fighting skill doesn't say a lot because in the Narutoverse martial skill as we describe it has more to do with status than actual fighting ability. Does Lee has better moves than Minato? Can you prove that he has better moves than say, Sasuke without talking about his speed?

They're closer to Jedi than they are to RL Ninjas. The dumbest part is that Naruto-verse Ninjas have badges they wear as head bands (or armbands on occasion) that advertise their village of origin as if to say "here's where you can find me and deliver vengeance".
What kind of bullshit Ninja would do that?
