I agree with this. But the script isn't allowed. What was supposed to be portrayed and what was actually portrayed are two very different things.

not really, just people are far to literal. they need shitty ass cheesy blurred movements which make movies look stupid before there willing to acknolwedge that the characters were moving at superhuman speeds. But it clear that the fight between mace in Palp was implied to be at superhuman speeds. same with sideous and yoda fight.
it wasn't implied during the movie, though.
yoda, yeah i'd agree with that, as they were moving pretty fast.

Only what's shown on screen is technically canon, though if it was ambiguous enough it could be taken on a case by case basis.
I was using the script to verify that mace and palp were moving at superhuman speeds, because certain people seem unable to acknowledge this despite the fact palp was able to kill three of the strongest jedi pretty much before they could even react.

you acknolwedge the yoda incident but not the mace fight? common now that absurd.

that was lucas imo, in a horrible mess of PIS.
I didn't see anything to imply on screen that they were moving at superhuman speeds, especially when palpatine made that oh-so-f*cked-up pull back and thrust with his saber.
did anyone read the novelisation? iirc that was supposedly canon to a degree too.
Originally posted by -Pr-Yeah that was kinda PIS.I mean either he was moving faster then they can see(which I doubt)or it was just PIS as they didn't react at all.

No it wasent, that was the entire point was to show how much of a different level palp and mace were (and yoda) compared to everyone elses. In no way shape or form was that pis.
that fact he speed blizt them. That was the point he moved so fast they could not react. honestly all of you take this shit way to literal, I was able to grasp what was being implied the first time I watched it......as did all of my friends.....this sight ruins peoples ability to pick up on whats being implied, because of how over kill people look at feats.
Yes I have and in it he speed blizts them and it made quite clear he simply to fast for them.

I didn't count your vetoes because, as stated, vetoes are reserved for spam and spite threads. You two are the only people thus far that have voiced the opinion that Mace and Vader are too much for Iron Spider-man. That's not grounds for the thread to be considered spite or spam.

Ah yes the tried and true the "only true fans are fanboys" argument.
I simply know a lot about them becuase I like certain SW characters and I make it a point to have read/watched all of there apearences.
like chewie for instances and family had a holliday special tv episode, it was aired only onces and to this day Lucas pretends it never exisisted, I made a point of watching it (and it god awful, it so so so so bad I can't express how bad it is) This really has nothing to do with anything, it just needed to be said how bad it was, and any who have not seen it must for the classical gold of awfulness it was.

you amaze me sometimes, dude, and not in a good way. you know i have nothing against you personally, but posts like that are exactly why i don't debate with you. we don't see eye to eye on anything. ever.
plus, you're being a bit of a dick. calm down man, it's just star wars.
no offence intended, just imo.

we also seem to be the only ones who actaully fallow star wars and have read, watch pretty much all of the apearences of both characters......

Also you might not agree, but frankly thats what Lucas was trying to get across. So I gunna go a head and say my view of how the fight was supposes to show was clearly more accurate to Lucas vision. Because it stated like that in the script, also in the novelization and also in the directors cut I believe.
