His whole body was knocked backwards from the blow or from him rolling with it, he wasn't hit in the head. Nothing on the panel indicates he was and based on the position of Negus' fallow through the blow was a downwards slashing movement (which seems to have been aimed at a previously unseen assault rifle and not Blade himself), which doesn't support your account of events.Blade knocked his head back with a kick, Spider-man knocked his head from side to side with his punches. Spider-man landed more punches and took more punches. Blade got clipped in the side of his chest, slammed to the ground and choked out. At least Spider-man got pounded into submission... not to mention Negus actual vamped out when he was beating Spidy down. He exerted some effort - how ever minimal - on Spidy, while Blade just got tuned up.
who rolls with a punch to the chest by flinging their head backwards? The punch is a side swipe that smashes Blades gun and hits him in the head, it's fairly obvious he wasn't hit in the gut, again his head flies back and what doesn't roll with a punch to the chest by reeling your head backward thus exposing more of your chest.
the difference which is plain as daylight is that Negus smiledand laughed through spidermans blows and Blades kick actually drew blood and Negus grimaced with pain. Not only that Negus admits that Blade was a worthy challenger while he tells Spiderman he is out of his league....and Negus vamped out the moment he saw Blade and Spiderman, so Blade managed to speedblitz and actually do damage to a vamped out Negus, while Spiderman was wholly unable to damage an un-vamped Negus, who proceeded to pummel him once he was vamped out.
