And it is a stretch of the imagination to just assume that a character who has never demonstrated the ability to heal on panel, before that moment or since, healed from bullet wounds mind fight merely because the had the ability to keep fighting. Plenty of street level heroes have fought through bullet wounds and on broken bones, its the never say die spirit, its what they do, we can't just attribute them all healing factors.

saying time slows for blade is saying that en blade moves, he perceives things as slower as if time slows for him. it's a comparison, it's not overstating blade's speed, it's regarding blade's perception.
