Blade gets slashed and nothing happens, that's consistent.it is a comparison, how does blade perceive things when he moves fast? he perceives the world as if it is moving slow, hence the world slows for blade. not complicated.
Blade was stated to have mild regenerative abilities in Marvel Max, which might not be cannon, and in which he had to get stitch to close a shallow cut on his shoulder. He has never been shown or has stated to have healead on panel.
Again that's not a comparison, it's a statement. A comparison - you know - actually compares two things. This is a statement... and you've made up (well not really... but you think you have) a comparison out of it your mind. Saying time slows for Blade is not a comparison to anything, it is a blunt statement. It is narative hyperbole.
