Agreed, unless you're looking for all the small changes and events that are affected - in which case, speed playthroughs. You can manage ME1 in about 23hours if you push yourself - that includes side quests and the silly collection stuff for better armour and whathaveyou - i managed to get my ideal playthrough this way, ya know: save council, persuade Saren to kill himself, complete both DLC add-ons to they fullest etc etc.
I've never speed played ME2 for my ideal playthrough though

If Shepard needs to have every species in the galaxy to aid Earth, one has to wonder how he/she will be able to get the Batarians to help after what happened in Arrival. Even though my Paragon FemShep is the master of persuasion, that conversation will perhaps be the most difficult one she'll ever have aside from arguing with the Council about the existence of what's commonly believed to be a myth. "I just wiped out 300,000 of your people to temporarily make the galaxy safe. No hard feelings right?"
Thing is, Natalie Portman did not look attractive bald. She "looked good for a bald person", but Natalie Portman with hair is far superior to the bald incarnation.
That aside, none of them really strike me as particularly cool. I'd pick the blonde (Who is going to win. White people love blondes for some reason), mostly because I'm just gonna turn the hair red anyway.
#6 is growing on me, though.
