In lame terms Psi in its purest form is Mental Energy. Regardless if they are manipulating matter, energy, space, time, or reality. If its being done through psi, they are psionic characters.

Magic is a bit trickier. Since it follows its own set of laws.

I agree, if someone manipulates or possesses powers through psionic means, they are psionic powered characters. I don't believe that has psionic powers is by default a reality warper.

Any guesses as to who these Elder Gods were? Not Set,Atum,Chton and the others we knew from before surely? If not, they must have been from some other dimension as each living planet only have one group each as I understand it.

Draft Nate, and have him perform mental reform over those with split personalities. The following characters came to mind; Sentry, Kyle, and Legion.

But Legion is on another level.
