Your probably talking about blessings. I think that's what they are called. It's the three Guardian stones you see after the attack at Helgen at the very start of the game.
You would have something called the Thief stone which increases the sneak attribute.
I really like how the skill progression goes. It's like a very good cross of Fallout 3 and Oblivion. What I don't like is the interface on the perks you choose. Not a big fan of it. I wish it was more text based.
Yeah, all over.
Some do some cool stuff but I rather get the experience.
Quick question.
Does anybody think I should stick to one Guild story missions, or do a bunch of them at different times?
I'm wondering because I heard that they are quite involved and I don't want to miss a really good story if I do a mission here and there.
That's what I was thinking.
I guess I'll finish the Companion quests than go with Thieves Guild (even though I already started it).
And visit each town I come across while doing said quests.
A huge improvement from Oblivion is that each dungeon I've been too are completely different. There almost like set pieces.

Kill wolfs, make a lot of leather and make hide stuff to increase your skill or better yet train in smithing.
Yeah my smithy skills are nearly at 60, and I'm making some very cool armor. This is a very well thought out game. Messing with becoming a smith, has a second effect...
Spoiler:
It inadvertantly improves your speech as well, since you have to make a lot of trades in order to level that particular skill up.

Will be getting this game for PC sometime this week.
Good idea, I just hope that you have decent processing power, RAM, and a hell of a video card. They need to work on a true multi-core PC, that scavenges temp files at a quicker rate than current specs allow. That way, they may be able to eliminate lag altogether. Just a thought.

You're on the bubble. This is why I won't pour huge amounts of loot on making a custom rig. Not when within 18-24 months, I won't have the system resources to go full throttle on some crazy new graphically intensive game. I'd like to, but the loot factor has me opting for the consoles.

Terrific...Spoiler:Is there an easy way to kill Giant's? Do they have any weakness'?
The Jarl put out a bounty to slay a Giant. How I'll do it escapes me.
Funny, I just did that a minute ago. I went to go kill the Giants and much to my surprise it was very easy. It was difficult fighting them at first and I realized I had got a new Shout called Animal Alliegance and used it on a mammoth. Because it was at Level 1, I assumed there was gonna be just one but two more joined in and destroyed those guys. I couldn't help but LMAO.
Btw, where do you find those Shouts that slow time and summon a thunder storm? I've collected a bunch of other Shouts but haven't found those yet.

Dude, I can't even figure out how to get one of my shouts to work lol. I'm amazed to read that you found an animal empathy shout, because I didn't even know that one of those existed. I've killed several Dragon's, and received a fire breathing shout, but I have no idea of how to activate it. Any ideas?
