Funny how Daedric seems much better than Dragon in most ways yet its easier to get.
There is one Dragon Armor piece that I wouldn't mind getting my hands on. There is a quest that you do for...
Spoiler:
Jarl Ulfric, you have to get him a helmet, and I can't be certain, but it looks like a unique Dragon Helm. I've been contemplating on stealing it back from him. I like the way it looks.
I have plenty of hearts probably because I am a mage and the "stolen goods" buyer up the top of the novices sleeping quarters sometimes sells them. Also I didnt realise you could find piecies of dragon equipment around, I found most of my piecies without having to make them.
Also...

I kinda liked the other link below the article, which was about what mods to look forward too, I however think that Bethesda will wait until they have released their own DLC before throwing out the mod tool, but never the less I look forward to it 🙂

Playing a magic user has always been more difficult in Elder Scrolls games. In the past they've gone as far as to say it's the "advanced" track...effectively meaning it's purposely harder to play as a caster.
Yeah, I think that why when the CST is released the magic always get a major overhaul. But I must admit that I kinda like being a mage and having to watch up, if I want to be a tank I'll change and play that way.
The only way Oblivion was playable as a pure mage for a lot of people was with mods. Not sure about Morrowind, and also next to impossible in Daggerfall.
Skyrim's much better in this department. But I'm almost 40 hours in and still run into tricky situations occasionally. If I were a pure caster, I'm convinced they'd be a lot harder.

Yes using like 10 to 11 magical attacks on Ogres in Vanilla Version was quite the pain. And magic was imo, really really good in Morrowind, and I quite enjoyed it there. All the different spells was just awesome. You could recall, levitate, teleport, summon as many beings as you liked, absorb all kinda stats, boost your own abilities, burden with actual effect. Basically it worked having all those spells (atleast for me) and I think this limiting the amount of spells is the wrong thing to do.
Did Burden ever do anything in oblivion? I recall using it from time to time but the enemies never slowed down or anything, same with "disintegrate" spells, I usually tested them on the guards but their weapons and armour never got destroyed.
I love being a mage in Skyrim, but I have maxed my magic powers so now I am running around with a sword and shield, its nice how much of a difference playing different styles can be, I can make up for my squishy mage health with armour spells like ebony/dragon flesh and what not so its all good.

I honestly hated Morrowind's magic system. Levitate was by far the most worthwhile spell, along with Conjuration in general for the lulz of being a literal one man army.
Though really combat in general totally sucked in Morrowind.

Yes! Morrowind had many awesome things I wished stayed in the sequels. But combat is not one of them

Wow...using destrucion magic on 75 I have a ring which makes me use 15% less destruction magic and an armor with 10% magic regen and 5 % less destruction and i can only shoot 4 times with Thunder bolt and it takes 2 shots to kill a necromancer apprentice this totally sucks balls.....😖
