And I find flightspeed rather irrelevant. He has gone to the edge of Andromeda Galaxy and back (25 Million light-years), he's flied from Vega to Earth in seconds (25 light-years) and the like but this isn't evidence of their combat speed.

That's the thing with speed, DC is somewhat like Anime. You have Superman doing these feats, which is fine and good. And is clearly not on Zoom's level of speed. Even if at times (always) he and Flash aren't fighting at their max.
Despite some discretion, it's been made very clear that Zoom is on an insane level of speed as well as the Flash's. Rebirth had some great showings of that to boot.
Kinda proves our point all along.
