I generally feel that he is, yes, but it does depend on the version.
If you take Kent as the most powerful version, and then extrapolate the feats of all the rest of them to Kent, then it's without a doubt. But Kent had signfiicantly less showings than did/does Strange, so based on his showings alone, it'd be hard to match all the stuff Strange has done. His performances against the Spectre, the Demons Three, etc. do indicate that his highest match those of Strange, and I don't believe he has as many cripplingly low showings as did/does strange.

I generally feel that he is, yes, but it does depend on the version.If you take Kent as the most powerful version, and then extrapolate the feats of all the rest of them to Kent, then it's without a doubt. But Kent had signfiicantly less showings than did/does Strange, so based on his showings alone, it'd be hard to match all the stuff Strange has done. His performances against the Spectre, the Demons Three, etc. do indicate that his highest match those of Strange, and I don't believe he has as many cripplingly low showings as did/does strange.
