Absolute equal magical abilities. Fate is far superior physically, Strange is shown to be slightly superior mentally, i.e telepathy, will power and intelligence(debatable. But i believe Strange is smarter). What is more effective in a fight like this? Physical prowess or mental prowess.

I am not sure about Strange being smarter. Fate is the composite being of Kent, and Nabu where Nabu conscious takes over, and leads. So its really stacking up Nabu with Strange.

are these guy using all of their items (that they can summon to the field)?

Regarding Strange jacking Nabu's power; that may not work. Mordru and other people have tried that. Fate's gear comes with the power, and it's been shown that it doesn't like being tampered with.

Very tough call. I'm going 50/50.

I see what you're saying and you may be right, i don't really know. But ask yourself this, has strange stolen power from people higher than nabu?
