He flew and flew faster than any dbz character I have ever seen fly. His reflexes failed in comparison to ginyu so put 2 and 2 together.

If you are flying at somwething at light speed, then that this is flying at you at light speed.
If Butter's reflexes had not been comparible to his flight speed he wouldn't have been able to react in time to grab the ball, he would have overshot it and his delayed reaction would have resulted in him missing the Dragonball.
But hey, you desperatly need reflex speed and flight speed to be drastically different despite using reflexive speed to not crash into things while flying at superliminel velocities.

frieza...like any dbz character...is hyper mobile, in a fight he's constantly moving around his opponents
thanos...like most herald characters (with the exception of superman) does not really use movement speed in a fight...he does use his reflexes....but compared to a dbz character, he fights without much movement speed at all

PL'S ARE A source of MEASUREMENT. They can be applied to something that uses said source of measurement.
You most DEFINITELY can use a PL to determine the strength of a character who already has a basis of power set in the PL system.
You don't need to determine Thanos' power level to accredit Frieza with an estimation of power based on that system...
Though as far as the PM's are concerned... you're right I ment "more than 100X" not percent... I was tired. 🙁

If Thanos were faster than Frieza (whose combat speed is more impressive than most comic book characters, excluding the likes of Flash), he would never get hit by Gamora, Spider-Man, Thor, Wolverine... the list goes on.
It's ridiculous to think he'd keep up with Frieza in combat.
