Yeah, I agree, burta was the fastest "flyer" by a long shot during that time, his reflexes wasn't close to what the ohthers were though but his flight was off the chain, kind of superman like (except time literally stopped for him). I think his flight had something to do with his genetic makeup, you can tell that by how his body was built but I agree with you but he still wasn't faster than everyone when it came to his reflexes but he probably could beat everyone in a flight race.
