That his body can withstand this amount of powerful energy. Tremendous feat.

*Sigh*

So what does this prove in regards to Surfer and Odin?

Withstand implies that Surfer was consumed by the energies and got back up. He channeled/directed the energy. Aegis withstood the energies. The art made it pretty clear how differently Surfer and the Primordial Gods interacted with the energies.

His improved durability the classic Surfer imo would have died instantly.

Surfer was prepared in the short time he had to defeat them which further shows Odin's incompetence with far greater time in comparison to the Surfer with little to no time.

I disagree.

If you say so.

You just ramble and ramble on without saying anything relevant. You hardcore Thanos fans have such a gift. You can say so much and mean so little.

Surfer was not prepared. He just happened to have his ass kicked in front of the Crunch energies. He showed quick thinking but that's it. Odin didn't have access to such a source of energy, so instead he made two plans. One to physically engage the Celestials, and another to offer up a prize in exchange for Earth.

You can disagree all you like.

Mar-vell didn't have the collateral damage feats but the guy was well beyond the upgraded Surfer who by feats and comparisons imo can take Odin on by himself.

I still laugh out loud at the notion of Surfer beating Odin. F*cking ridiculous.

Not really. How many characters have really done it purely by force on panel ?

Bill for one.

What ahve you done ? I just popped my my disk and forgot he was already beaten and left for dead by these two beings so he accomplished this feat near death anyways and wasn't consumed in the act. I forgot how this feat is even more tremendous than I remember.

Galactus' own words: INCONCEIVABLE. Promial gods brought down by one whose powers pales in comparison to theirs.

Galactus goes on to state:Consuming energies that Galactus himself cannot even long withstand before being himself consumed.

This was all near death Surfer accomplishing this.

Surfer was prepared and with his wits surmised how to defeat them after his frontal assault prepared. His plan worked unlike Odin's.

Thanos fans usually win debates unlike Thor fans who deny and downplay others in favor of any asgardian within 300 miles of anyone else.

Glad you agree Odin was an idiot and Gaea saved Thor and himself. Odin needed such help just to survive against the Celestials it was rather pathetic.

So that very small looking planetoid from blood and thunder. That's it ?

Odin wins hands down.

I was in forth grade maybe when I picked up Legend of Luke. It didn't really read them in chronological order storywise or by publishing date, but I do remember reading Taggerung last.
I was just guessing by age. I guess you read it a bit after it was released. I was introduced to them in middle school myself.

why don't you read them anymore? would you recommend them to an adult?
I just stopped. Maybe because of the newer books, or maybe it was the actual formula, not sure. I would still read them, I guess I just grew out of them. Good books.

Because the newer ones are crap.

Sure I would.

Did you ever dabble into any others?

Odin wins without much trouble at all.

Odin goes super sayian and sh** stomps the Heralds to death, this is not even a fair fight!

Odin all day, even on Sundays!

Odin.

Surfer's feats and recent showings say otherwise.

I never said it was.

then how this feat has any relevance here?

Him tanking their blasts and surviving the feat to kill two Galactus level beings which Galactus called inconceivable.

he killed them with the crunch energy. I don't know how it will help him here

Odin wins! SS will get one shot again.

As i stated before... I believe Thanos can beat this team.. thus I feel Odin would as well.

Odin still one shots them and thanos at the same time.
