Not once did I claim Tom does anything even remotely to what Ozy did at the end of the film. My point is crucio will work because there is no reason to believe otherwise. If you feel you can actually make a claim do so otherwise stop being a meathead.

Who's to say the Doc M that Ozy destroyed wasn't obliterated and the Doc M waiting outside wasn't just a clone awaiting outside?

I forgot that ability of his... The ability to become many is enough to b!tchslap the wizards to death with their multi dimensional schlongs. The wizards have no chance, Im guessing against an army of omnipotent beings/not beings.

I will say this. There is a slight slight possible chance that if every wizard sipped Felix Felicis, and then was amped to Vold level, they could win. It's not probable, but it is possible.

I don't think this was addressed when I asked, but how effective are spells against Hogwarts ghosts? Seeing as they're the only thing close to Doctor Manhattan in the Potterverse (and even then it's still apples to oranges), whether it's possible to seriously harm them is the only way we can even begin to gauge whether it's possible for the wizards to do a thing against a completely non-resisting (perhaps even encouraging ("come on, you can do it, all you, buddy, all you"😉 😛) Doc.

Well Doc Manhattan actually wins this because of attributes (what he is/has) and screenfeats (What he does, is demonstratively capable of).

Just thought of a way Wizards could win. They can use their Time-Turner to go back to 1950-whatever and stop Ostermann from entering the chamber. Such a process would undoubtedly involve FTL particles, so Manhattan could be at a disadvantage.

Manhattan would see it (the cheap shot which may qualify as leaving the battlefield and losing) coming as he sees all time from a position outside it.
