Doc is supposed to Destroy Hogwarts and the Wizards. Now it doesnt say 'the Wizards Inside', just 'the Wizards'. That COULD be construded as every wizard in the world and not just Hogwarts. I have to agree with Quanchi that Voldemort could be involved in the fight.
Even still I highly believe that Doc Manhattan still wins this. The guy is near god like and was feared more or less in Watchmen. The guy had every single molecule of his body seperated and he still came back. The man walks on the surface of the sun for midday stroll. He creates forcefields. Transmutes and creates matter. Not only that but though he is not able to 'See The Future' of the world he can of his own life. Kind of like Nicholas Cage in 'Knowing' but much further then 2 minutes.
Wether Voldemort is there to Defend Hogwarts or not, Doc Manhattan wins this with a snap of his fingers... Though to be honest I dout he would care enough to showboat as much as snapping.
Doc Manhattan has been given another chance after the events of Watchmen by the people of Earth, on the proviso that he destroys Hogwarts and kills the wizards, as a sign of his solidarity with the human populace.
He isnt specific if he means the Wizards only in the Castle. Saying that he Destroys Hogwarts might imply to mean the Wizards Inside but since he added and kill the wizards it makes me think about all wizards.
But that is irrelevant. Doc Manhattan wins by raw power. Wether wizards outside of Hogwarts are to be destroyed or not!

He wanted proof that Doc Manhattan didn't have a brain. I asked if he meant a brain as in living tissue....I then stated that Doc doesn't require food, water or oxygen and that his body/brain doesn't age...Therefore it's logical to assume that he doesn't have a brain made of living tissue.
