Lesser of Two Evils.

RJ and others are always asking really crappy scenario questions.

I see some of those questions show up in the "ask ther asdflk jasdfkj asdjk question" thread.

So, I figured I would dedicate a thread just to crappy scenarios.

Make them as crappy as you want.

For the sake of the thread, pretend that not choosing one of the options results in the murder or destruction of the most sacred person or thing (depending on how social or unsocial you are.) For instance, all your family dies or something.

At any point in time, you can put forth a new scenario.

It could get confusing, so be sure and quote the person you want to answer.

First question:

Would you accept $1 million if:

Every morning, you got a swift kick to the bare nuts but never enough to cause any damage, just pain. (For girls, a painful purple nurple every morning to the bare nipz.)

OR

Choose to have both of your index fingernails pulled out, slowly, from your fingers just one time, but no money.

I would chose the money and nut kicking.

nails pulled out, its a one time thing. 1million is too little to suffer through that every day. make it over 50 million and ill think about it.

One is a serious philosophical and historical question, the other is a light-hearted scenario intended make you cringe.

Additionally, I stayed within your measures about 90%. I just added one little tiny aspect to my decision which was retaining my memory or else my decision is null. As stated in that thread, the decision becomes a very objective and easy decision, if memory has to be wiped: WWI. That's not much of a discussion.

If you choose to troll the thread because you're still butthurt over that thread, that's fine: I will not report you. It's still your fault for that thread's design, not mine.

But if you choose to participate in this thread by creating cringe scenarios, that's also fine: you are the best poster on KMC at making the "lesser of two evil" scenarios. So I fully expect better from you than butthurt.

I still chose from your options, though. You have not. You circumvented the entire scenario. I at least stuck to the thread.

In order for your comparison to be legit, you'd have to choose to do both scenarios as the ones you want: remove the nails and get your bare nuts kicked everyday for $1mil.

Second option, nails coming off are not that painful, I've done it by accident several times. I do not like the first option for obvious reasons but apart from that it would be more humiliating of the two. Every day would be too much even for a million...
