It's a fully functioning nose. No, you can still breath from the one on your face.
i wonder what it would feel like to sneeze.

Would you rather pass a shit the size of a softball or have a pen (Bic #2) slide into your urethra?
That's a crappy question: no idea which one.
My urethra is fat ( can piss very quickly, lol), so maybe that option...but the urethra is not even remotely as stretchy as the anus/rectum, so it would be a tough decision.
Stabby question:
Would you take getting stabbed right in the butthole or getting stabbed right on the tip of your penis (or clitoris, if you're a fem)?
Both will result in damage but both will heal, with no permanent damage, in no more than 2 months. The damage is considered equal, requiring the same number of stitches.
Which do you choose?

Clit.
😉 might be enjoyable.
Gross.
There's no way you could get aroused from that because the blood vessels required for arousal would have been punctured/severed...not allowing blood to pool...preventing arousal. You would not enjoy it: it would suck very badly. You wouldn't be able to become aroused until it had significantly healed up. Arousal would be very painful. Contrary to what BDSM would have you believe, stabbing your clit or piercing it does not create an orgasm. Sure, pain and pleasure can result in climax, but not the type that mutilates the genitals. You will not find one documented case of orgasm from skewering the clit or head of the penis.
However, there are documented examples of climax without erection (which includes the clit). Usually brought on by very high levels of stress.
