TX can reprogram everything ever even Skynet who is a million times more powerful, cause gimpage says its suddenly it has the computing power of a Vic 20.
Skynet cannot use it's Nukes, cannot send out more than one machine at a time to deal with them both, Cannot use:
Any high energy weapons,
Hydrogen weapons,
Jury rigged powercell grenades,
Time travel,
Bombing or rockets from airbourne HKs,
Weapons based on lasers/plasma and other factory tech that Skynet certainly has, and massive Transformer style HKs cannot touch them, due to gimp injunction... let alone hammer them into Earth's core, like they normally would..
