Having watched little of TNG, I have to ask: is the hat picture and the phone picture actually from the show?

Ive just rewatched at least 75% of the episodes of the run from seasons 1-7... (Handpicking my old favorites...missing out what I remember to be filler episodes) and no such scenes were in any of those.

And truth be told I cant remember the phone thing.
