Wolverine but only if he can catch Captain America if he can't it might be a draw. But if can catch him Captain America is shredded.

Wolverine can be knocked out, remember guys? As he was in X-men 2.

Cap didn't do much to show skill to KO Logan.

Based on feats, Wolverine is a bit weaker than Captain...but not by much. Wolverine can beaten to knockout.

However...and this is a big one...going by high end feats, Wolverine cannot be knocked out by Captain because he took punches to the adamantium cranium from Blob. In strength, Blob >>>>>>>>>> Even Ultimate Captain.

If Cap can hit him square with the shield to the head he stands a chance at knocking him out imo.
