Batman still has his Batarangs and grappling hooks. Goliath can't touch him while Bruce is in the air. While Cap destroys him with the shield.

You don't have to prove anything. We all know he is a top notch Swordsman. MA Ninjitsu is excellent for wrestling and kill blows. But Leo can only use such moves in the 3rd round. He won't attempt such methods on a hero in the first 2.
