Out of the people listed I'd have to go with Superman just based on his "holier than thou" attitude and reluctance to do what is necessary no matter how many lives are endangered. There are a few others that I thought should have been listed like Norman Osborne certainly can be a dick, En Sabah Nur aka Apocalypse has a tendency towards dick-dom , and Lobo, although I must admit that Lobo hilarious. could be considered a dick.

I can't believe people think Superman is more of a dick than Lex Luthor. 😬

Except that Superman has done that. He's been willing to do it other times too.
