Then I can rightly say that Harry already has his wand drawn and has it pointed at Preston, that HG has a gun in the other hand already aimed at Preston, that Harry is already thinking on where to apparate. First, it shows the dude fire.
Then, time rewinds just a bit to see what happened when he fired.
Your suggestion has the bullet traveling at like 15 miles an hour in order to accomplish what you're suggesting in a linear fashion. Since the bullet streaks across the screen at a much faster speed than 15 mph, you're wrong. Unless you're suggesting that the bullet starts out traveling at 1 mph and just floats for a bit until the camera changes to a shot of hit girl, and then the bullet magically speeds up defying both ballistic physics AND gravitational physics.
Edit - And you point about apparation being instant is completely irrelevant to the point you are responding to. Go back and read my point. Then address that point directly instead of using a red herring. In addition, I've already stated that, yes, indeed: Preston can bring his gun up and fire BEFORE Harry Potter apparates away because...no, I'm not telling you again. Go back and read what my because is. There's apparating and then there's reacting. AND THEN there's the bonus which takes a giant shit on everything you've talked about.

You can flex your brain all you want. You can bring in physics, algebra, calculus, hell, bring in astronomy. Bottom line is this: The sequence of events in the vid >>>>>>>>>Your O.C.D. about the issue.
HG is a bullet dodger, aim dodger, bullet avoider, whatever. All are impressive, they all have the same end result.
