Alright, update from earlier. Minor changes to the brackets that Simbon posted. I know its not a perfect fit, but there really was no way that would balance everything. I tend to see this as the path of least resistance 🙂

So, I am going to ban Dark Schneider
Mainly, it is his attacks. Basically, it seems like most of the moves he uses wouldn't be reasonable to expect people to have a defense against. imho it isn't just a matter of him using magic, because all his opponents are magic as well, and, after skimming the first 5 volumes, it doesn't seem like any of his opponents have even managed to make him sweat. The only counter to his power is a specific anti-magic field, or some type of vampiric immortality.
There also seem to be some issues of durability and regen, but rather than letting DS be drafted and then essentially nerfing most of his attacks, I'm just going to ban outright.
I'll have a ruling on Spawn soon

what is the nature of FCK's immortality? Can he be defeated in a fight, or is he invulnerable? is it just one of those "he never dies" things?
the blood soldiers, what tier would they be? what does it mean that they are unbeatable?

do his blood summons count as "red cross knights" he can absorb?
