PG called it with "Broken Bastard is Broken"; Id, even if this guy is allowed, I think you may have set a record for highest number of consecutive questionable drafts.

I think my favorite part of that character description, other than "Broken Bastard is Broken," is "his willpower alone leaves massive craters within every floor of a tower that reaches beyond the clouds." Beautiful.

I have so much trouble with this manga stuff.

Their "gods" are hardly comparable to "gods" in comics, but then, in some ways, they are even more powerful... yar!

Wow! I guess I haven't been around long enough. That is really something. Were they also manga picks?

no idea actually. The wiki didn't give me any reason to think he violated the limits, so I didn't do too much research

yikes, just a small rule change that I think I forgot to mention.

The "no dimensional/time travel" rule is still in effect, but there was an exception for dimensional travel as part of a teleport. I extended that exception to time as well. My main reason for banning time travel was to avoid the "i go to the past and kill your grandmother" type thing, not to restrict mobility of characters. So long as the only use of time travel is instantaneous transportation (you can't travel across the battlefield to one second ago) it is allowed.

I'm putting him at least meta level as there is a huge weakness, it being sunlight...

I kinda need a ruling on this for me plans..

No. Obscure comic picks. Letting manga characters in tournaments has only been a fairly recent development and even then most of the participants don't really know too many manga characters.
