No, he lifted his hands to pick up and drop the two police cruisers, then did the slight jerk of his head and made a pedo-esque smile to pull the guns.
It's a good think Magneto can generate enough force to rip out and then carry the GGB. Thor would be pinned before he knew it.

Look at any of of Magneto's feats he is always using his hand to focus his power especially on his bigger feats.
He had both arms stretched out and was completely concentrating on moving it.
If you don't believe me here is a video of him
As you can see everytime he was shown using his powers he was holding his hand up and moving it around. Even to the bridge lifting feat takes extra time to gather his reserve to do it.
All Thor has to do it point and shoot lightning and it's over.
As we've already discussed Mags isn't crushing Thor, he's too durable. He'll have to use more power than 90% of his feats match Thor's strength, and of course this is even if Mags can effect Thor's suit.
Which of course only matters if Thor can't remove his armor much like he summoned it.
And he can still form a tornado without moving at all, strong enough to hurl debris around which Magneto being a frail old man wouldn't enjoy.

No. That clip only shows him with a constipated look and gritting his teeth until right before he drops it. If he has to put that much force into it he will be hit. So no it proves nothing. Anyways like I said even if he gets pinned according to that picture you showed me of Thor he would be moving his wrists easier then thought before. My mental picture had full covering up to the wrists. He only had gauntlets that appears to stop just short of his wrists. His arms may get pinned but he can still swing and toss the hammer like it or not.
