Agreed, the fact that
Spoiler:
The Stranger knows what happened during Flashpoint is interesting...
Meanwhile Darkseid's defeat was just boring.
Though that splash page of Superman flying into him was pretty awesome...

I was waiting to see
Spoiler:pop up in the DCnU.
Phantom Stranger
*sighs* Well, it appears that even in the new 52 Darkseid doesn't get his proper respect. I'll now be dropping Justice League. I swear, if DC drops Captain Atom and I Vampire, there will only be ONE ongoing title I'll still follow (Action Comics.) Shame.
In other news, PS appearing in the new 52 completely unchanged=droolio. "You can't kill someone like me." Love it!

Same here. Seeing Pandora/PS in action was bad ass. And all the talk of Spectre, Strange, and the Circle. Can't wait to see them.
Darkseid got some respect, IMO. He is a Multiverse threat. The JLA wasn't able to take him out physically. They needed the tech and help from Cyborg.
