Wow? How are they going to make a Comic called "Green Lantern Corps" if there's one member?

I hate that idea, tbh. I like the Corps, and I don't want them to go anywhere.

👆

I love the secondary and third string characters for the various Corps.

Yeah it provides great seed for Obscure fan favorites. I always like secondary characters, adds to the mythos of the universe.

Same here. And it makes the GL universe so much more expansive imo.

I'm invisible 😐

I sorry... 🙁

Captain Atom is too powerful. It's nice.

The "Captain Marvel Reboot" in the same issue of "Justice League" deserves its own comic... I like the characters.

Looks a little different, he still acts the same.

Looks different, acts totally different. Vertigo Lucifer didn't really give a shit about the whole Hell scene with fire, brimstone, pain, suffering, etc.

I didn't get any sort of sophisticated vibe from THIS Lucifer... That's why he didn't seem the same to me.

I loved Carey's Lucifer and would rather see it left untouched though, so I'm fine treating DCnU Lucy as a new being with a different agenda, motivations, etc.

What did he do?

He's just written with such an abstract/godly vibe. Very much akin to Valiant's Solar in that regard.

Preboot Lucifer had a very defined and bold personality. It would be out of character for him to set his sights on something as relatively low-goal as gaining access to Avalon. Plus, talking for that long, giving away motivations and caring about boredom or anything other than his self/freedom?

I mean, it could be that Avalon would serve a greater purpose in some grand scheme, but that would make that depiction of Lucifer a manipulate liar, which previous Lucifer very much was not. He always told the truth, in measures, and was very to the point.

I agree. If there was ever a character that was the definition of machiavellian its vertigos Lucifer. The whole "evil lucifer" thing sounds more like the first of the fallen than lucifer.

....this is so stupid...

I wouldn't be opposed to a homosexual superhero but I would be opposed to them changing an already established heterosexual into a homosexual....

I hope they make Batman [openly] gay. *crosses fingers*

It's ultimate colossus all over again. It'll be someone well known enough that it will make news, but not someone who's anyone's favourite character, i'd say.

though if it was time drake, i'd laugh my ass off.

lol if it was Tim Drake, legions of his fan-girls would flip shit.

Or continue writing their Dick/Tim slash fan fiction anyway.

I hope is Bruce Wayne, that Batman remains strange but Bruce Wayne goes gay.

Maybe they'll make Phantom Stranger the first gay... That'd be an interesting twist on why he was condemned. 😱

its superman i do believe 😄
