I'm enjoying Lucifer in Demon Knights. Not nearly as much as Carey's Lucifer, but enjoying it nonetheless.

Although we only got him for one issue I enjoyed the "carny" lucifer we got in "dc universe presents"

God dam, Atrocitus is really screwed up. This series is turning out to be really good.

Apparently DC is an Omniverse now?

Interesting.

Aside from that, it was a strong week in DC for me (can't remember the last time I've read/enjoyed this many of their comics in current continuity)...
-RL #0 was really good-- definitely glad that I decided to read it. Making Atro's powers magical/mystical in nature makes sense, imo.
-I, Vampire was pretty good as well. It's nice to see a little backstory on the Vamp family.
-Batman Inc. was enjoyable for the art/coloring alone (I love Irving's style.)
-The preview for 'Rotworld' was intriguing... I'll give it a go for sure.

However, the shocker of the week for me was Firestorm #0. I actually thought it was decent (I know. Wtf, right?) Seems like they are taking FS back to his roots a bit, which is definitely a good thing.

I already mentioned the Omniverse thing when it was revealed in Red Hood. I guess you can access it through the Bleed. 😄

Aquaman was good, but I wonder if we're going to see more of Atlantis in the next issue, or if it's going to go back to the present. Really glad to see certain characters have survived the reboot, though.

Superman was ok for the most part. Okay writing (if the dialogue was a bit off), and nice art. Will have to see where it goes.

Liked Red Lanterns; It was good to see what had made Atrocitus what he is today, and I'm looking forward to the next issue.

Superman and Talon were the best 0 issues for me. Tynion knocked it out of the park.

Is Jurgens a good writer? This sounds promising.

Nrama: The solicitation for issue #15 says there's a "shocking conclusion" that give the first hints of a "disturbing new force" in the DCU. Can you reveal anything about that? Is this part of a larger story in the DCU, or are you adding something to the Firestorm mythos?

Jurgens: Can I? Yes.

Will I?

No! Sorry, but we're taking this one in a direction that we don't want to reveal yet.

But, yeah, it's big.

About Krypton.

Paul Pelletier leaving Marvel for DC.

Superman #0 was good.

Now if Lobdell can get Superman right, too, it'd all be nice.

More info here. Gah! I cannot wait for this. Morrison said it's his biggest project ever.

Multiversity's ninth book will be what Morrison descried as a guidebook featuring a 20-page story and 20 pages of maps and concordances detailing the cosmic hierarchies and other details of the entire DC Comics multiverse.

"One of the things I loved was that Barry Allen got his name from a comic book because he used to read about Jay Garrick in the Golden Age," Morrison explained. "So the idea that each of these worlds read comic books featuring characters from the other world seemed really interesting to play with. So each of the worlds sort of communicate with the other worlds by comic books. In the second one, you see guys reading the comic book you just read the month before. They see the bad guy moving closer to their reality, through comic books."

My God, this will be phenomenal. It'll be very nice to see Morrison expand on Allen Adam a bit more...

sensational

About time they give us an cosmic hierarchy and I couldn't think of a better man to do this then Morrisson.

Action was pretty good-- hard to go wrong with anything that involves Krypto and Mxy(?), though. Earth 2 was god-awful... Just terrible.

I found this scene from E2 to be completely unneeded, and bordering on vomit-inducing:

😘

Read GL and ST both was pretty good. Almost picked up Action, from the parts that I read, it was good, might pick it up next week. I didn't read E2 but at my comic shop they had one sitting up front at the check out with a lil note on it saying it was their pick of "choice to buy for the week".... I just stared at it and thought "no"... Especially from what I've heard here about how it is, glad I didn't pick it up.
