Superman was pretty good. A new threat that challenges the JL not just Superman. Red Lanterns was interesting, Atrocitus really taking a beating in his own book and he keeps coming back! 🙂

Rumours abound; Jeff Lemire (JL Dark) has tweeted pictures of four dc characters in the last few days, and people are already thinking he's writing a new team book. The characters are:

Kamandi, Jemm, Red Tornado and The Spectre.

If it's true, reddy in the new 52... Yay.

so, reading back through SOME of this thread, there seemed to be a LOT of consternation about the reset. now though it seems most are really enjoying the new dc. is that about right? is there a general consensus on which book is the best? i've been going back and reading some of the new stuff. i really like jla. anything else i should def be checking out?

Honestly I'm going to seem like a broken record at this point, but:

Aquaman. Definitely read it. It is one of the best books in the New 52, because it is a genuinely good book.

I'd also recommend that you keep reading Justice League. Apart from that, I've enjoyed:

Action Comics
Superman (though only the last few issues since Lobdell and Beganza came on board)
Catwoman
Nightwing
Batgirl
Green Lantern
GLC
Red Lanterns
GL New Guardians

And yeah, when I first heard about the reboot, I wasn't happy. I was actually angry. I have to admit, though, they've done a great job in parts, even if some have fallen flat.

PR is an Aquaman fanboy, but as someone who doesnt really care about him, I would have to agree that he probably has the best series at the moment.

cool, thanks to you both. i've always liked am--started first following him when he got the water-hand--so i'll def read it. how about jl dark? stormwatch? where was the pandora/phantom stranger arc pursued? or was it?

I haven't read JL Dark or the Phantom Stranger stuff. Stormwatch was all right; It didn't grab me like other books have.
